Executive sponsor of IT reporting to the Chief Executive Officer for Angel of The Winds Casino Resort, a private exclusive resort in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
- I Managed a diverse team consisting of 5 direct reports and an overall team of 35 in roles of project management, infrastructure management, Service Delivery Management, Cybersecurity, and application development.
- I innovatively designed a new multi-tier loyalty program enabling dynamic new business offerings leading to a 28% growth in visits and a 15% claw back of lost clients.
- I partnered with the head of Hospitality to author a multistep strategy to revitalize guest experience resulting in a 10-point increase in satisfaction scores and a 23% increase in occupancy.

- I developed a strategy, a transition plan, and provided calm project guidance addressing the “we can’t” and FUD on transforming IT groups from reactive problem solvers to proactive problem preventers.
